We do offer gift wrapping with few cost charges base on the wrapping you would need to.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order once it’s placed?
We accept order cancellation or changes within 24 hours and product(s) are not shipped.

We accept the following methods of payment: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. PayPal is recommended.
How much is shipping?
For Hong Kong customers, we will ship your order through SF Express.
- Veils, Headpieces, Belts, and Jewelry = US$5
- Clutches = US$8
- Shawls = US$10
For International, we ship your order through air registered mail by HongKongPost. Your local post office will arrange the dispatching once your order arrives. Shipping is varies for the products.
- Veils, Headpieces, Belts, and Jewelry = US$10
- Clutches = US$18
- Shawls = US$36
If you would need rush order, we will ship through Primary Mail by SpeedPost. Please contact us for shipping.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Hong Kong 2-3 business days
International 7-20 business days
We do not guarantee about the exactly delivery date since the products have been left our hands and managed by the Post Office. Should you need assistance of the shipping, please do not hesitate to contact us. Please contact us if you would need rush order.
What if my order arrived damaged?
We apologize if your order arrived damaged. Please reject signing off the parcel and return to your local post office, then please email us attached pictures of the damaged product(s) and the receipt issued by your local post office. Exchanges or returns are acceptable, no second shipping charges needed.
Do you accept returns?

- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Bespoke order cannot be exchanged or returned
- Merchandise must have all tags attached and be in its original packaging.
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed, and must be free of stains, pet hair, floor debris, and pin marks.
- Most returns will process in approximately 2-3 weeks.
